Acne is a common skin condition that affects many people. It causes distress and embarrassment as well as lowers self-esteem in many people. It is caused by blockage of the hair follicles with oil and dead skin cells leading to pimples, blackheads and whiteheads. Many people seek for solution and treatments to this problem. However, we must understand that the location of acne on our face provides insight into our physical and emotional health. It also communicates underlying health issues to us. Therefore, effective treatment of acne requires a deep understanding of what it means.

2. Eyebrows: Acnes found in the space between the eyebrows could indicate poor diet or negative emotions such as anxiety.
3. Cheeks: Acnes in this location signify the presence of bacteria on the surface of the skin as a result of poor hygiene such as using dirty bedsheets or pillowcases, touching dirty phone screens. It could also be a sign of respiratory issues, allergies or irritation from skincare products.

'Wow! Thank you so much, Aminat. I really learnt a lot. How then do I overcome this?' Abeebat asked.'You are welcome. Well, it can be overcome through appropriate diet and lifestyle. However, when you go for your consultation with my aunt, she would elaborate more on how diet and lifestyle can help you to overcome acne.' Aminat replied.'I look forward to my consultation with her then. Thanks!'.
