Nutrition choices we make every day. This holistic approach will work with the root cause of the behavior we are looking to modify instead of following a quick fix style prescriptive plan.
An effective holistic health coach will not:
Tell you what you should do
Give you all the answers to your questions
Provide miracle cures to ailments
Tell you to go against medical treatments or propose drastic changes
Provide an off-the-shelf diet and exercise plan
Discovery session (free of charge) will review your health history and lifestyle and learn about your intended focus for the program. We also make sure we are a good fit to work together.
60-minute sessions every 2 weeks for six months (12 sessions total)
13th session scheduled in advance to avoid scheduling conflicts
Form new habits and stick to them
Course correct if needed
Expose yourself to different life situations (holidays, vacations, etc.)
Have an accountability partner helping you navigate situations to improve your focus
They are 60 minutes long and can be online via video or at my office in Healthyish.
It's a transformational journey that will be challenging and sometimes uncomfortable, but fulfilling as you become the best version of yourself. You have to show up and do the work—nobody can do it for you.
Your coach will be your biggest cheerleader. We'll provide you with information and books related to your goals, and even include a grocery store trip to learn about healthy options.
