A Holistic Health Coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.

As your Health Coach, we will:

  • Discover and interpret your body's unique needs

  • Navigate contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you

  • Define key areas where you want to change behaviors and build better routines to live an energetic and healthier life

What will we focus on?

Together we will create new habits that serve your purpose in a holistic way focusing both on:

Primary Food

What feeds you off your plate: movement, relationships, creativity, career, spirituality

Secondary Foods

Nutrition choices we make every day. This holistic approach will work with the root cause of the behavior we are looking to modify instead of following a quick fix style prescriptive plan.

What a holistic health coach is not

An effective holistic health coach will not:

  • Tell you what you should do

  • Give you all the answers to your questions

  • Provide miracle cures to ailments

  • Tell you to go against medical treatments or propose drastic changes

  • Provide an off-the-shelf diet and exercise plan

How does it work?

Discovery session (free of charge) will review your health history and lifestyle and learn about your intended focus for the program. We also make sure we are a good fit to work together.

Program Structure

  • 60-minute sessions every 2 weeks for six months (12 sessions total)

  • 13th session scheduled in advance to avoid scheduling conflicts

Why six months?

  • Form new habits and stick to them

  • Course correct if needed

  • Expose yourself to different life situations (holidays, vacations, etc.)

  • Have an accountability partner helping you navigate situations to improve your focus

Sessions

They are 60 minutes long and can be online via video or at my office in Healthyish.

Commitment

It's a transformational journey that will be challenging and sometimes uncomfortable, but fulfilling as you become the best version of yourself. You have to show up and do the work—nobody can do it for you.

Your coach will be your biggest cheerleader. We'll provide you with information and books related to your goals, and even include a grocery store trip to learn about healthy options.
