In the interview, Stella shares the thinking behind Healthyish, her journey into holistic health entrepreneurship and why achieving better health does not have to mean pursuing perfection, following extreme routines or abandoning the foods and traditions we love.

Wellness Without Perfection

At the heart of Healthyish is a simple idea: healthier living should be realistic enough to sustain.

Speaking with BusinessDay, Stella explained that rigid approaches often fail because every individual responds differently. Healthyish therefore focuses on consistency, balance and personalised support rather than a one-size-fits-all definition of wellness.

Stella’s answer is no.
